If you need to return items for any reason, please contact us. We will issue a store credit or refund when we receive the returned items. We do not refund shipping costs unless there was an error on our part. Knitting needles, books and DVD's can not be returned. If a book contains missing or illegible pages or a DVD is unplayable, please contact us for a replacement. All returned items must be in resalable condition. |
