Philosopher's
have always had a traditional vest pattern. This year we have created new vest
kits with a totally different idea. Each vest is made from a Fair Isle tube.
The shoulders are cast off together and the front is finished with a V-neck
as either a pullover or cardigan. After this the garment is modelled and the
shoulder length determined. This method allows you to make a vest that fits
properly. Each kit is packed to make two vests or a vest and socks and a tam
to match. The graph is included for Tradition, Alligator Teeth, Trillium and
Timber Framed.
